- Now to start prepping our scene for render.…The first thing we'll want to take care of…is configuring all of our multi-pass settings…and adding an object buffer.…So let's go up to our Render settings here.…And we'll go to our Multi-pass, make sure we check that on.…And then we can start adding all of our different passes…that we want to composite later in After Effects.…So I like to have all of my different passes,…like Diffuse, Specular, Shadow,…so I can recreate the image in After Effects…and adjust the amount of Specular or adjust the amount…of Shadow in my composition in After Effects.…
So I want to set this up so I only need to…render once out of CINEMA 4D.…So what I'm going to do is go to Add Image Layers,…and this is going to give us every single pass…that you could possibly render out of your image here.…And we don't need half of these,…so I'm just going to go and just…delete the ones we don't need.…Don't need any of these.…We do need Ambient Occlusion because we have…our separate Ambient Occlusion applied to our scene.…
