- [Instructor] Go ahead and open Composition 3.4, Screen Despot. What this does is that it evens out either the black or the white colors so that we can get rid of those spots that are either in the white part or in the black part of the screen matte. In other words, this is going to affect the transparency of some pixels that either should be fully transparent or fully opaque and they're in the middle of the matte. Let's go ahead and change this view to a screen matte view. And let's zoom in. You can see how I have some spots here in the white, and I have some on the black as well. I have them right here, and I don't necessarily want to get rid of all of these, but some. So let's go ahead and now adjust the Despot Black. As I do that, notice that we are changing the matte as we change this. Now, like everything else, only change it a little bit, so let's go ahead and change the Despot Black to about a two or so, and let's zoom out so you can see this a little bit better. Remember…
