- [Instructor] Here's another example, of how to separate elements from the background, with the right combination of effects and masks. In this case, we'll use the elliptical mask to create a master matte, with the help of a RotoBezier spline. That will help us to add a holdout matte that preserve the pixels inside the main matte. And all of these, to achieve these results of an air balloon above these Green Park in Long Island. Okay, so I'll close the air balloon filler, I'll show you the beginning state. This is a challenging shot, because although the color of the clouds, is more or less the same. We have this mountain here, in the horizon, that we need to remove.
