Responsive design: Time for Premiere Pro

- [Instructor] If you work with Premier Pro, you may be familiar with the responsive design tools that were introduced in 2018. These allow you to create graphics that can easily be re-timed or re-framed without completely breaking. The way this works with timing is that you can specify protected regions where the timing cannot be stretched. And now it's possible to set up that same methodology in After Effects. Here I have a lower third that I've designed to send out to Premier Pro. The butterfly flies in the lower third holds and you see the name and whatever title for whoever's on screen behind it and then after a few seconds, the butterfly flies out. Now if you've worked in Premier Pro you know that the amount of time the lower third stays up on screen is a little bit arbitrary, sometimes you want it longer because (mumbles) distracting, sometimes you need it really short because the shot is only up for two or three seconds, actually in this case it would have to be a little…
