- [Instructor] The project we will use was created as part of a motion design course that I taught at Shenkar College. The students were asked to create a trailer for a font by Alefalefalef. This company design amazing fonts with support to hundreds of languages. You can browse through their website and view the full catalog but we will focus on a font named Mekomi that will be the star of this course. So Mekomi, which in Hebrew means native, local, or resident, draws its inspiration from the classic Hebrew font Frankruehl. It was created for a writing body text but it works great for titles and display as well. It includes five different weights and allows a flexible thorough use. Now just so you'll know, this font is not included with this course and you don't need a copy of it to follow along. If you like it you can definitely buy a license.
