With all of our Cinema 4D assets animated, we're going to prep our scene files for importing in After Effects via Cineware. So let's jump back into our book scene by opening in our exercise file. It's in chapter four, our 04_01_CinewarePrep file. So first thing you'll notice is I added an animated 3D pencil to our scene and textured it using the same material creation method I described early in the course. So we're going to use this pencil object to demonstrate a useful feature later in this movie. So there's two main things we need to set up to be able to seamlessly composite our 3D elements into our 2D animation in After Effects. The first thing we need to is export out the 3D data so we can composite that 2D animation that we made for the cover of our book here.
