Path animations with Stroke & Vegas

- In this video, I'm going to share a couple of my favorite techniques I like to use when creating a typical map animation. Two of the effects I use most often when animating maps are Stroke and Vegas. I like to use Stroke to show the path of an object and I like to use Vegas to highlight the specific areas and further show the direction of movements. Let's jump into this map animation so I can show you exactly what I mean. If we look at our project, you can see I have one composition and it has multiple layers. The topmost layer is an airplane. I want you to go ahead and select that layer and I want you to note that the anchor point for that layer is right up here towards the nose of the plane. This way, if I press r to open the rotation and go to actually rotate the airplane, you can see it's going to rotate around the nose and move in a more natural fashion. Okay, so let me just undo that last rotation and I'll collapse layer one. Now, I wanna animate the flight path of this…
