- [Voiceover] In this movie, we'll have a look at how we can use the new Reflectance Channel in CINEMA 4D Lite R16, to make this material more metallic. At the moment, it looks like a very shiny plastic, and we'll have a look at some of the features in Reflectance that can help you change that. So, to start, let's double click the material down here, in the Material Manager. And that will open up the Material Editor window. We're gonna drag that over to the side, here, so we can see the material update on our robot. Now at the moment, we have color added, and we have Reflectance. If we select Reflectance, we'll be able to see that we have the Default Specular highlight, but you can add multiple layers of reflectance to your object. So, we're going to do that. We're gonna add a new layer to this. So, click on the Add button. And you'll see that a list comes up, which allows you to choose from these various, different algorithms for Reflectance.
