- [Instructor] First, I'm going to lock my track so I don't change this anymore. I'm happy with it. So I'm going to lock that layer, start a new X-spline layer, and this time I am going to focus on the edges of that poster, because that's the shape I eventually want to track and replace. I'll click around the corners here. I can always adjust these later. I'm just getting close for now. There, there, and close my mask. Again, it's hard to see red on red, so I'll click the color, change it to something like blue, and click okay, and change this layers name to something I'll remember like mask. Now you notice that X-spline's tried to round off corners, and in this case, this poster has very sharp edges. So what I can do is right click on any one point, say select all of the points in this particular spline, right click again, and say pick those points and convert them to corner points. That way they can have sharp edges. Now you see we've sharpened up the edge. Now one little problem is…
