When you reconstructed the castle in 3D, we can now take advantage…of some of the other features of the 3D environment inside After Effects.…For example, we can create 3D lights,…and relight to create a totally different mood.…Let's give it a try.…I'm going to click on this scene, Build Scene, to make sure it's active.…Then go to Layer > New > Light. I'm going to rename the light,…Skylight, then choose a light type.…You have Parallel which is like a directional light.…You have Spotlight which is similar to a light on a stage or a set.…
Point, which is similar to a light bulb.…And the Ambient which is a light that's everywhere at all once.…Let's choose Point, then click OK.…The new light comes in as a layer, and you'll see the lighting changes.…Now, the reason the castle…is black right now is because this light is behind it.…Let's look at the Top view.…Here's a light, and it's definitely behind the walls.…You can move this as you would any other…layer, so I'm going to move this forward in Z.…Let's take a look at that, back to camera.…
