- Knoll Light Factory is one of the first plug-ins to introduce several lens flares to the market, along with the name of a VFX legend behind it. The plug-in is available through Red Giant, and it has a ton of options to enhance your lens flare design. So, with Red Giant, you've got two options for Knoll Light Factory. Knoll Light Factory Easy, that ships with the Red Giant Universe subscription package that we discussed in Chapter One, and Knoll Light Factory, which is part of the Effects Suite, or you can purchase Knoll Light Factory as a stand-alone effect. Let's see the differences between the two. I want to, first of all, go to my Universe Stylize category, and under there, I can find the Knoll Light Factory Easy version. You can think of it as an easier version of Knoll Light Factory.
