- [Instructor] Before using masks or other roto tools, you should always check what you can achieve with the keying tools that you have in the application. This can take away some of the heavy lifting from their manual process and usually yields better results. To show you an example, I've opened up these Grand Slam Project that we've seen before in this course. But this time, I want to show you how I've managed to isolate this tennis player, remove the tennis court and still preserve most of the details. All right, so I'll pause the playback for the final and I'll move to the beginning state. I'll preview these calm just so you can get a sense of our starting point. And our mission here is to remove all the green in the court and just leave ourselves with this tennis player which is serving a very nice shot. So the to go effect in After Effects when it comes to carrying out green and this is mostly green is key light.…
