Join EJ Hassenfratz for an in-depth discussion in this video Jiggle deformer for secondary animation, part of Motion Graphics Weekly.
- [Instructor] Welcome to another Motion Graphics Weekly,…where you up your Mo Graph knowledge one week at a time.…I'm EJ Hassenfratz, let's get our learn on.…The jiggle deformer is definitely one of my…most favorite tools inside of Cinema 4D.…In this week's video, I'm going to show you how…the jiggle deformer can apply fun, jiggly movements…to apply squash and stretch…and follow-through animations to our objects.…
So I'm just going to demonstrate how the jiggle deformer…affects geometry by using a simple sphere as an example.…And what I'm going to do is just grab…a jiggle deformer from from my Deformer menu,…there it is,…and just like any deformer,…for it to apply deformations to an object,…you have to make it a child of that object.…So I made it a child of the sphere,…and now I can actually hit play,…and while my track head is playing,…I can select my sphere object,…and actually see that jiggle effect my object,…which is really cool.…
It adds this nice wiggly, wobbly movement.…It almost acts like the delay effector…
