- [Instructor] Adobe, has a great application named Character Animator that combines live motion capture with a multi-track recording system. This allows you to control a layered, 2D puppet drawn in Photoshop or Illustrator. And on top of that, you can also feed it with any photo or capture your own moving face and convert yourself to an animated character. In this movie, I'll introduce you to this feature named Characterizer. And I'm also going to show you how to stylize a single photo with it. So here we are, in the home screen of Adobe Character Animator, and to get to the Characterizer feature, I need to scroll down and click on this guy, Open Characterizer. Now, if this is the first time that you visit this option, you will see an empty screen with this big plus button, which will help you to create and capture your own face.
