Installing third-party assistant scripts
- Before we get started in this chapter, I wanna show you where I found these third-party assistants, and how to install them on your systems. Now, there are a number of ways you can speed up your workflow in After Effects, one of which is using third-party scripts. These are tools that you can just buy that'll definitely help speed up your workflow, so I'm gonna cover several different scripts you can install. One of my favorite websites for browsing scripts is aescripts.com. Most of the scripts you have an option to try before you actually buy, so the scripts that I'm going to be using from aescripts are MotionMonkey, LayerMonkey, TypeMonkey, and Ease and Wizz so, when you try or buy a script, you'll get a file that downloads to your computer, I'm just gonna minimize this, and open up my Finder here, we'll open up a new Finder window, I bought a script called Ease and Wizz, and, in this folder that I downloaded, there's a jsx file, and this easingExpressions file that has all these…
