Generating animated stripes

- There's an effect in After Effects that will generate stripes that you can animate rather quickly, but it's not called stripes. You'll find the effect in question labeled Checkerboard. Let me show you what I mean. If we look in the 01 02 project you'll see I have two compositions. My Stripes composition, which is currently empty, and the 02 Water Molecule comp, which has a flat vector graphic look to it. I wanna add some animated stripes into this background. So let's go to the 01 Stripes composition and go up under Layer, and create a New Solid. For that Solid you wanna make sure to Make it the Comp Size, and choose whatever color you like. I'll go ahead and choose my favorite light gray. OK, and I'll click OK. So with my Gray Solid created I can go up under Effect and in the Generate area this time I wanna go to Checkerboard. Checkerboard's kind of fun. It creates a black and white checkerboard, but really what it's creating is a white checkerboard with transparency. So if I…
