Fixing white balance

- One of the first things you want to fix in an image is the white balance. There are a couple of different ways to do this, both automatic ways and manual methods, and I'm going to show you both. The white balance is critical, because it ensures the accuracy of the color. Let's start by making an adjustment layer. I can do this by choosing Layer, New, Adjustment Layer. Now I'm going to work with the Lumetri effect. There are lots of different effects available, but the Lumetri effect is also available in Premiere Pro, which makes it easy if you start in Premiere and need to move data around. Let's go ahead and drag the Lumetri Color effect onto the adjustment layer there, and we'll start with the Basic Correction section. Now, in this case, you'll see the option for white balance.
