…There are lots of reasons for a crooked shot.…Perhaps the tripod wasn't properly set up or you were hand holding it.…Or maybe you were on an incline and in order to get the shot, you didn't…have time to fiddle with all the settings on the tripod and you just had to roll.…Well, that's okay.…I want to show you a couple of tricks to straighten a shot.…Let's take a look at it inside of Photoshop.…The reason why I like to use Photoshop is it's basically completely automatic.…Let's start by making…this a Smart Object so we preserve the resolution inside…and then I'll come over to the Eyedropper Well and click.…
Inside is the ruler tool.…This makes it very easy to now click and drag along your horizon line.…Once you've done that, click the Straighten Layer button.…And it's now straight.…In this case I have a little bit of overshoot, so there's really two choices.…I could choose to blow up the layer…with free transform and that's going to be fine.…It would fill things in.…Or, I could do a little trick.…Hold down the Cmd key on a Mac, or Ctrl key…
