- If you've ever had to work with low res video…this next technique should come in very handy.…What we're going to cover,…is how to actually take video…that doesn't take up the entire screen,…or the entire resolution of the project…that you're working in.…And I'm going to show you how we can build…out the rest of that video…without necessarily having to scale it up…and lose quality.…And of course, we're going to use Photoshop…to achieve this feat.…Because it has some pretty amazing tools,…when it comes to filling up extra blank areas.…So, let's check it out.…
Now in this project, we're going to go ahead and take these…two 1280 by 720 video clips,…and create a 1920 by 1080 video back plate,…and we're not going to scale anything.…We're actually going to go ahead…and recreate the added media we need…using Photoshop and some basic…compositing techniques.…So let's start by selecting our Seattle skyline…timeline, and then click and drag…in the current time indicator.…Notice at frame zero,…the Space Needle is right here…in the middle of my scene.…
