Exporting reference frames from a NLE

- To make things easier as you design, you might want to export a reference frame from your non-linear editor. This can help you with the positioning of elements as well as judging things like color and transparency. Let me show you how this is done. Now, you're going to load up a video file. I just pulled one form the exercise folder but you can do this in any non-linear editor. Simply park your play head on a frame that you'd like to use. Then, from the file menu, you'll generally find a command labeled Export. Now, the exact command may vary slightly between systems but in Premiere Pro, you could just choose Media. Here, a new dialog will open up and you'll see many different options. Now doing this is going to allow you to choose different formats. However, it might export several different images, in this case, an entire range of frames which is more than we want. So this is fine if you need several images but I'm going to click cancel here.
