Emitting particles from particles

- [Instructor] Keeping with the theme that Particular can always take things up another level, we're actually going to explore how to emit particles from other particles. So, yes, you can have systems within systems and you can have particles from particles. So, if we look at our composition here and I click and drag to scrub the current time indicator, you notice I have a ton of particles that are coming and bouncing off the floor, which looks kind of cool, but what I want to see happen is when these particles hit the floor I want them to change to a different kind of particle. So to do that I want these particles to emit new particles on the collision with the floor. So, if I select layer two and go to the Effect Controls panel here, you'll notice I have Physics and Bounce set up, which is great, but if I go to the Aux System here I can open that, this is where we can emit particles from other particles. So, if I change the pull-down from Off to Continuously, it will emit particles…
