Dynamically linking back to Premiere Pro

I've finished time-remapping, frame-blending, and speed-smoothing my clip in After Effects. Now, I want this result to appear in my sequence back in Premiere. Very simple. Save your After Effects project. Cmd or Ctrl+S, then merely switch back to Premiere Pro. You will notice that the video portion of your clip has been replaced with your After Effects composition and a composition has been added to your project. Even though it has video and audio, there is a problem here. Premiere, at least up through the October 2013 release, only replaced the video, it did not replace the source audio, and indeed unlinked those two clips. Bit of a pain isn't it? Now it's not so bad. You still have a comp here, it has audio and video, so all I do, is I make sure both the video and audio are selected on my sequence. I have got my play head at the very beginning of that clip and again you can use the up and down arrows to navigate between clips. Go to my composition here inside the project panel and…
