- Beauty Box is a dedicated skin retouching plug-in from Digital Anarchy. It's meant to be a layer of digital makeup. Let's see some of the features of Beauty Box and how we can use it to help correct our footage. So let's take a look and see what Beauty Box has to offer. I have my chapter 3_2 composition open to the timeline, which I got from my Chapter 3 folder in the project panel. And with the clips selected here in this composition, I want to go to the Effect menu, and go to Digital Anarchy to choose Beauty Box. You can see here that Beauty Box is already at work in trying to smooth out the skin tones in this shot. The corrections have been made from this dark color and light colored choices that have been automatically made. At any time we can update this by simply selecting the eye dropper and selecting a new pixel, but let's see what we have to begin with.
