- [Voiceover] So after all the preparation work is done, we have this updated version of the road crash text that we've prepared inside Illustrator using the Pathfinder command along with the Path Cleanup Tool. Then I've saved over the original version. So if I'm going to return to After Effects, then I can basically select it and convert it to a shape layer, and then use the Newton simulation plug-in in order to create those lettering crash collision when they are going to hit this wall outline. So the first thing that you need to do is go to the Layer Menu as before. Then you need to Create Shapes from this Vector Layer. Now if I'm going to open up the Road Crashes Outline we can see that we have individual groups. In this case, somewhere around 115 groups, different chunks that we can use in our simulation. So the next step will be to either use Newton in order to separate them, or as I suggested before, use this ExplodeShapeLayer plug-in in order to do so. Now since this is a long…
