Creating custom output templates

- While Adobe Media Encoder includes several built-in presets and additional output formats that After Effects doesn't support, you may still find it necessary to create your own custom output modules. Now, this is a little bit different than an output module inside of After Effects, rather, it's an output template, and you can use built-in ones and then modify them, or start from scratch. To modify an existing preset, all you need to do is click on that preset, and it will open up a dialogue. Now, it may take just a moment here as it starts to connect, and it's basically going into the background to After Effects to pull up a preview. But now you see some settings that look relatively familiar to what you're used to. For example, you'll notice here that I can change the work area to entire composition, and that could be quite useful. Now, under here, we have several tabs and controls.
