- One of my favorite tools is 3D LUT Creator. This tool is created to edit LUTs and makes it simple to build your own. One of the features that I love the most is the ability to load in a reference photo that we want to use to influence the image. By finding an image, maybe from a film, or from a magazine ad that I like, or even a stock photo, I can take that color treatment and generate a new LUT for my footage. It's a complete tool set and you can push it very far or very subtle to get the results that you want. 3D LUT Creator is a graphic tool for editing LUTs, whether you want to create them from scratch or base them on other content. What we're going to do here is open up some images. So I'll choose file, open image, and this is the photo that I want to modify.
