Create HUD elements in Cinema 4D

- [EJ Hassenfratz] Welcome to Motion Graphics Weekly, where you up your MoGraph knowledge one week at a time. I'm EJ Hassenfratz, let's get our learn on. Heads up displays, or HUDs are a big trend in many syfy movies, and over the years, these little abstract widgets have been popping up in a lot of motion graphics, as well. In this week's video, I'm going to show you how you can procedurally build these HUD elements inside of Cinema 4D, and set them up in a way where you'll be able to quickly iterate many looks with a single click of a button. So here we are in Cinema 4D, and what I'm going to do, is just use some disk objects to quickly create some simple segmented objects here, so we can adjust the inner radius, the outer radius, the slice here, to get these little sector elements here, and I'll just command click and drag, and create another disk element here, maybe make this a little bit longer, maybe increase the radius here, make it a little bit thicker.
