Copy paths from Illustrator

- [Instructor] In this movie, I'll show you how to copy paths from Illustrator and paste them into After Effects in order to animate them in a later stage. So, we are starting with this comp, and just so you'll see what I've already created for you, I'm going to go to the composition menu and choose composition settings. So, we're using a full HD, 1920 by 1080, those are the dimensions. The frame rate is set to 24 frames per second, and the duration is set to four seconds. I'm going to click OK, and in order to edit this file, in order to extract the information from it, I'm going to select it here in the timeline, and then go to the edit menu and choose edit original. And since this is an Adobe Illustrator file, it's going to open in Adobe Illustrator, which in my case was already running in the background. Here inside Illustrator, in the layers panel, we can see that we have three layers. The background, which I've named BG, the tagline, which is this text over here, and of course…
