Better vector tools with Shapes & Masks
- [Instructor] Shapes and Masks is a robust tool that gives you much more control over the vector layers, a.k.a. shapes and masks, that you work with in your After Effects design. It's available for pay what you wish at aescripts.com, though it recommends you pay $19.99. Go ahead and download, copy to your scripts UI folder and restart After Effects to install it, and I'll give you a look at what it can do. Here in my project file in chapter two 02_Shapes & Masks, I'm going to play with the Shapes and Masks scripts that I already have installed in After Effects. I'm going to go to the Window drop-down menu and scroll down to where all of my scripts are, and if we keep going we will find Shapes and Masks. I'll click on it and it opens it up in its own bin here, and as you can see it's kind of a large script, so before I adjust anything I'm going to click the Shapes and Masks text and I'm going to go ahead and drop it into this panel over here, and then I'll open this up a little bit…
