Animate closed paths with masks
- In this movie, I'm going to show you how you can animate close path using only its mask properties. So, this is what we have so far, I'm going to press space bar and you can see that little teaser that we are starting to create to this radio station. Now, I have a problem with the shadow over here. I want to expose it in a different way, not just draw the border or the stroke lines. I'm going to start by selecting the first layer over here which represents the logo and I'm going to name by clicking on the return key, on the keyboard. And then, of course, typing the word logo. And then, I'm going to trill down the properties and I'm also going to open up all the masks so I can identify the mask that I'm after. And I happen to know that this is the last mask since I've modified it in the previous movie and also because After Effects is hinting me that this is the correct color. We can also see it is selected. So, what I want to do is cut it out of this layer, by going to the edit menu…
