Now most of the time when I start any of my graphics projects, I like to start in Photoshop. I think it's a wonderful application to create any of your storyboard ideas. Now, a lot of you might be thinking, well, if I'm going to be working with vectors, why wouldn't I start in Illustrator? Well, honestly, there are some tools and little shortcut features that I like using inside of Photoshop, so let's jump in and check it out. Once you're inside of Photoshop, make sure you're in the Essentials workspace. If your interface doesn't look like this, go to the upper right hand corner, and make sure that Essentials is chosen. If that's already chosen, and it doesn't look like this, go down and make sure to reset Essentials. Now we can create our first document. Just go up under File, and choose New. Make sure you choose the Film and Video presets, and under that preset, you want to navigate down to the HDV/HDTV 720p/29-97 size. All right. Once you have that selected, you can go ahead and…
