Adding a text layer

- [Instructor] Another form of layer that we can add in After Effects is a text layer. Now there are a couple of ways that you can do it. In fact, if you get the type tool here and click inside of the comp area, it will create you a new type layer. Or if you're feeling adventurous, you can go to the layer menu, down to new, and text. And it creates the layer, there's no visual feedback, though, apart from in the timeline panel. All you have to do is just start typing. So I'm going to type with my name on here. So with Tony Harmer just there. And antique olive nord is what I've got just there. Is there anything else that takes me to a better place than that? Let me just select all of that type and see what bungee looks like, I kinda like that, no. So let's have a quick look. I'm just looking through things that are on type kit.
