Adding a reversed reflection

We started the construction of this window on the left. We've brought in the matte painting to finish off this wall, plus a render for the background building. Looks okay, but it doesn't look physical. In other words, looks like there's no actual window there, like I could just walk out and fall off the edge. In order to help sell the window, it'd be great to have some type of reflection. Now we don't have a render for that, but we can fabricate one right here in After Effects. One way to do that is to nest the composition make a copy of that and then reverse it. Let's give that a try. I'll start by making a new composition. I'll make sure that this one has the same resolution frame rate and duration. I'll name this at 3D glass and click Okay. Into this new empty composition, I'm going to pull a combined elements, therefore that is nested. So while the complexity of combined elements is flattened out into a single layer.
