Learn about using the Lighting filter to create a spotlight effect.
- [Narrator] The band is now looking great,…but the image of Zeeteah is too imposing…and too stark against that background.…So let's add a new filter.…We'll go into the layers studio,…select Zeeteah, and now in the filters studio,…we can choose to see all the filters.…And let's scroll down to the lighting filter.…Let's tap the filters icon to put the studio away.…
And we can grab one of the handles on this filter…to rotate the effect.…We can drag it to reposition it.…And we can drag to change the focus.…We can adjust the ambient lighting,…which the lighting outside the cone.…And we can set the specular light,…which is the light inside the cone.…
Let's change the color of the ambient light…from white to a slight blue.…So we'll change back to our color wheel.…Select the blue.…And now we can choose…the brightness of that blue.…And that works well.…Let's go onto the specular, and boost the specular lighting.…
We can strengthen it up.…We can change the inner and outer cones…to set the focus of this light.…I'm going to boost the abient light a little.…
