- As you create content using Adobe Spark, you likely want to use it to promote your business. But anytime you're using things for commercial purposes you have to think about the rights involved. Do you have permission or the rights to use this content to help your business? Ultimately, the best answer here is stick with photographs that you've captured or that you've paid others to create for your business. But there are some other things to think about. First up, if you are going to use any of the fonts or soundtracks that are built in, Adobe has licensed those and gives you free use. You don't have to worry about the built-in fonts or the built-in music. If you upload your own fonts or upload your own music, well, then you need to make sure you have a proper license.
