Interface tour

- [Instructor] Once you've created a new document in Illustrator Draw you'll be greeted with something like this. And what we'll do here is have a quick whirlwind tour of the interface. On the left hand side you'll notice there are some brushes, and tapping on those will select them. And there's an eraser down at the bottom. And you can see what is selected because there's a small mark just to the right of it. At the top of the screen on the left hand side you've got the option to close this particular document. And then moving across to the right hand side at the top of the screen, you've got some drawing assistants, just here. Then you got the option to toggle on and off the layers view, and you can see those disappearing on the right hand side, just there at the moment. And you've got the Share arrow, and then the document settings here. And also an option to go full screen, and to toggle on and off. Beneath that, as you just saw, you have the layers. And by the way, if you do want to swap these things over, if you're a lefty, and you'd rather have the tools on the right hand side, that's something that you can set up in the preferences, down at the bottom of the screen. If you close out from the document, they'll become available, and that option is just there. But in essence, that is the simplest tour of the workspace, and we can drill into these in more detail as we move through the course.
