Using the InDesign Color Theme tool
- [Instructor] The color theme tool within Adobe InDesign is one of the most versatile tools in the program. You can look at it as the eyedropper tool on steroids. You can use it to quickly generate a color theme based on a selection of one or more objects in your documents, including placed images. And once you have your theme created, you can even use it to apply colors in your document as well. Let's take a closer look. The color theme tool is here in the tools panel on the left-hand side of the screen. If you don't see it immediately, just press and hold down on the eyedropper tool and you will find it just sitting below or on top it. Now, there are two methods of using the color theme tool. One regular method will create a color theme of five swatches based on your selection. So this is all of the colors within that selection.
