Tips when using Pantone in InDesign and Illustrator

- [Instructor] In the previous video, we've quickly went over the procedure of converting an Adobe Color theme into a matched Pantone color theme by using the built-in libraries from Adobe Color. Once that file is downloaded as an ASE file, we can now start using this within our existing applications. In this video, we'll dive deeper into how to import that ASE file and how to apply these Pantone colors. Now I do realize that we've already gone through some of the basic steps of importing an ASE file earlier in this course, but there are a few things that you should be really aware of when you're trying to import these Pantone colors from Adobe Color. I'm here, inside of Adobe InDesign, where I have a design open that is currently using two different swatches. The idea is to replace these two swatches and update my design with some of the Pantone colors that I have downloaded from the Adobe Color Web page. Now to get this…
