- [Instructor] This course is done in Adobe Animate CC 2017.…I'm going to call it Flash Animate just for continuity…and it's a force of habit for me to call this thing flash.…And even though it's a new name,…it's the same old program,…just with some nice new features added.…So, if you're following along in an older version,…I think you can follow along.…They have made changes from version to version,…so if you trip up somewhere,…I would recommend you just search it out online…and see which combination of buttons has been altered.…
But for the most part,…there's great continuity from the old to the new.…And to show you what I mean,…here's a really old version,…Macro Media Flash Professional version eight,…and the biggest change that they made…was moving the Properties panel from here to there…and making it vertical…and this gave them more room to play around with,…but the tool bar is the same,…timeline is the same.…This was the CS version, one of them.…And this is the new version.…And as you can see,…when I go from one to the other,…
