From the course: Adobe Animate CC New Features
Custom toolbars
- [Instructor] You'll notice in this release of Animate, the default layout places the toolbar on the left-hand side of our interface. That isn't nearly the only change though. You can now completely customize the toolbar with only the tools you need, just how you like. If we have a look at the toolbar itself, by default it's going to be presented in a single column on the left-hand side. However, we can always expand it to be represented as two columns of tools. But note that down here we have the ability to edit our toolbar. So if I click on these three little dots, I get the ability to drag and drop different tools. So let's just say that perhaps I never use my zoom tool. I can drag that off, and then it's no longer in my toolbar. Any of the tools that show up as highlighted here are tools that I can drag into my toolbar. So if I want the bone tool, I can drag that anywhere I like within the current toolset. Maybe I'll drag it down here right after the hand. And it shows up right…
