- [Instructor] This version of Animate also includes a few new options within the application preferences to disable app notifications and to hide the new timeline markers. To access the preferences on Windows, you go to Edit, Preferences, and on MacOS, you would go to the Animate Application menu and choose Preferences from there. In either case, you'll find the Preferences dialog, and within the general settings, we can see here there's an option to disable in-app notifications, and there's also an option to hide the time markers on the timeline. So if I move this over, we can see this new feature of having time markers along with frame numbers. Let's hit Okay. And as you can see, the time markers are now hidden. If I go back into Preferences, so Edit, Preferences, we can choose to show these time markers on the timeline once again, hitting Okay, and now they're back. I think the time markers are very useful, so I want to keep them in my project as an active UI feature. These small…
