- [Instructor] With every release of Animate comes many small improvements across different areas of the application. Many of these have to do with performance improvements and publish optimizations. We'll have a quick look at these here. The first one to mention are texture atlas enhancements. You are now able to get better control over your texture atlases, with optimized output, generating multiple bitmaps. There's also been optimization with the saving of files. This reduces the save time for auto-recovery mode and also helps in quicker save operation for complicated data. Your files will save more quickly. We have image handling improvements when working with HTML5 Canvas. If your images are already optimized when you bring them into Animate, you can go ahead and uncheck Export as texture and Combine images into spritesheet options from the Publish Settings dialog. This will preserve the optimizations as you brought them into your project. Lastly, we have audio effects splitting.…
