- Word allows you to create merged cells in a table…to customize how that data is displayed in the table.…Now once again, try to keep your tables simple.…Often times if you analyze a table,…there are other and more simpler ways to show the data…that not only makes it easier to remediate,…but easier to understand.…Now, that being said,…let's take a look at a few things you should understand…when working with merged cells.…So I'm going to scroll down in this Word document…to this particular table,…and I'm going to Zoom in a little bit further here.…
Let's go to like 100%…and what I want to show you here,…we have several cells in this table that are already merged.…But I want to show you how to merge these cells…and then what to keep in mind when you make the PDF file.…So here, within this Health Insurance section,…you can see here that I've got these two cells…that I'm going to select.…And merging them is not very hard,…I can just right-click here and choose Merge Cells,…and that's going to merge those two cells together.…
