- [Instructor] In this video, I'll be explaining all about the Properties toolbar. It's a very little known feature in Adobe Acrobat, but it's one of my very, very favorite features. I'm sure you've received documents in the past that have pretty common annotations, such as a yellow sticky note, or a yellow highlighter mark. But wouldn't it be helpful if you had different ways of annotating your documents to draw more attention to them? To be able to maybe change your icon color, or change the color of your highlighter. Well you can, and it's easier than you might think. While Adobe Acrobat added some additional features relating to color coding up here in the color picker, there's another older feature called the Properties toolbar that's been around for a long time. It's hiding though, most people don't know about it. Go to View, Show/Hide, Toolbar Items, Show Properties Bar. I like to just remember, Control + E.
