We are going to discuss Full Screen and reading order next and after this video you will be able…to create a PowerPoint style presentation which is really pretty great for just simply taking a PDF and viewing…in a certain way, as well as understand the read allowed and reading order commands.…When you work with a PDF file typically you're viewing it, you're trying to go through and zoom…and go from page-to-page, but there are other ways to see the document, to present it I guess you could say.…First thing we will look at is Full Screen presentation.…Now Full Screen presentation has been one of my favorites for long time because PowerPoint and I just don't get along.…
So what I tend to do is I do a lot of my presentations in another program like InDesign, that will be InDesign,…I'll create them in there same as a PDF, bring them in here and then turn them into a PowerPoint style presentation.…I have brochure.pdf opened right now.…Looking under the View menu you will see the Full Screen Mode right here.…

Q: After scanning a file to PDF, the text is not editable, despite following the steps in the “Editing text” movie. How do I make a PDF with editable text?
A: Text may not be editable after scanning to PDF since most scanners scan a document and convert the contents to a digital image. To check if text is editable, open the PDF and select the Text and Image tool. Position the pointer over the "text" in the PDF, and if a I-beam cursor appears, it's text. If not, it's most likely an image. In that case, the image needs to be converted to text first by choosing Document > OCR Text Recognition > Recognize Text Using OCR, then choosing ClearScan as the method.
