- [Voiceover] Now I want to show you another option if you are in this situation, you are given a PDF or a bunch of PDFs and you need to do heavy editing for them. In other words, you need to get them into InDesign probably, into an editable InDesign format. What is aggravating about Acrobat is that it won't do that automatically for you even though Acrobat and InDesign are from the same company last I heard. So there is a third party solution, a couple of them that I'll tell you about in a second. I just want to call your attention. Here we are in Acrobat and I have a nine-page PDF open that we use for a lot of different Lynda courses, it's like a brochure for a bank I guess, and if you go to the File menu, you can choose to export this to Microsoft Word. You could export it to PowerPoint. I'll be talking about both of these in upcoming videos. But where is the export to Adobe InDesign? Not here. It is so aggravating I have to tell you.
