Recent improvements to the highlighter tool

- [Instructor] In Acrobat DC, Adobe finally upgraded the highlighter tool so that you can highlight actual graphics on a document as opposed to just text. It behaves differently than it did in Acrobat 11, and I think it's worthwhile to show you the difference between how the highlighter tool will behave in one program versus the new version. So here I am in Acrobat 11. I have a scanned document, and I want to highlight some text. I'll click on the highlighter tool. Let's say I want to highlight this logo. The page contains only an image of a scanned page. There are no text characters. Would you like to run OCR? Yes, and so OCR will run. It will automatically de-skew the page, and it will make me able to highlight the text, which is helpful. I can highlight the text. I still however can't highlight any objects on the page that aren't text. For example this logo, I can't highlight it. But, let's move over to Acrobat DC.
