Printing to scale and comment summary
- [Instructor] Once your PDF is reviewed and commented, sometimes it's necessary to print out a hard copy of the document containing all the markups. This chapter will discuss the different methods of getting the comments printed out. The first method is using the drawing markup tools and printing the documents to scale. Unlike sticky notes and text correction markups, the contents of the drawing markup tools are visible on the printed page without you having to do anything special. Simply print the document and choose as custom scale percentage. The default setting for scaling when printing a PDF is sharing oversized pages. If we want to choose a custom scale, we can simply choose the custom scale radio button and type in the scale that we want. This is a 44 by 34 size E drawing, and so I'll choose 25%. Interestingly in this case, shrink oversize pages and fit actually also have the same custom scale percentage. But we can choose whatever custom scale that we want here. You'll want…
