Export all the PowerPoint text to use in InDesign

- [Voiceover] Okay now we know how to get all of the images out of a PowerPoint file. How do we get the text out? Well you could always copy and paste as well, if you just want to get some text out, but I think more likely, if you're trying to redo a PowerPoint presentation in another app, I'm assuming it's going to be something like InDesign, it would be easier just to get all of the text out in one file and then you could just import that entire file and cut and paste as necessary or do whatever kind of formatting you want to it and luckily, there's a really fast and easy way that not a lot of people know about and that is our friend the Export command. Go to the File menu, choose Export and as we saw before, you could choose either every slide or just the current slide only for some of these formats. Let me jump over to desktop, but if you choose other formats like say, pdf or some other ones, you can only export the entire thing. So just want to give you a heads up that rtf, rich…
