Join Garrick Chow for an in-depth discussion in this video Create buttons, part of Acrobat DC: Creating Forms.
- [Voiceover] Creating buttons in Acrobat…is probably one of the most useful…and powerful things you can do.…Buttons are different from other form fields…because instead of providing a space to enter information…or to make a selection,…buttons are usually used to perform an action…such as printing out the document,…or resetting a form, or navigating to the next page,…or anything like that.…So in this exercise,…I'm gonna show you how to create a print button…and a reset button.…Now this Hansel and Petal form we've been working with…already has some buttons designed into it,…and I'll come back to this in a bit.…But for this example I'm gonna switch back…to that Globe Bank document we were working with earlier.…
If you have access to the exercise files,…you can open up the PDF called…02_08_Globe Bank product inquiry form.…And this is a mostly completed version of this form.…You can see we already have form fills in here.…I'm gonna scroll down to below the check box area.…This is where we'll add our buttons.…So I'm gonna choose prepare form.…
